When is the Early Locker Access Event?

The event will be held on Tuesday, July 29^th.  After paying your PTSO membership fee you will have access on the website to sign up to select your time slot.  Please be sure to sign up on the correct sign up list – there will be one for each grade level.  Time slots are 30 minutes each and will be available starting at  9am through 11am, and then again from 2pm through 4pm. 

How do I get access to the Early Access Locker Event?

You will need join the PTSO on this website (available starting 7/1/2025), as well as purchase your locker on SchoolPay (which will be available starting 7/18/2025).  After paying your PTSO membership fee you will have access on the website to sign up to select your time slot. 

What is the total cost to attend the early access locker event?

You will need to pay for your $30 PTSO membership (on the PTSO website), as well as $25 for your locker/Panther Pack (on SchoolPay, starting July 18th).

How do I select my time slot?

The link for slot sign up will be provided with your membership confirmation email. You can also get to the sign up at THIS LINK if your membership has been paid for. 

How do I change my time slot?

You can view and edit your time slot selection at THIS LINK.  Please make sure to uncheck your orginal selection.

What if I show up before the time slot I signed up for?

You will be asked to wait until your time slot is called.  People who show up early will not be allowed to enter and select their locker prior to their registered time slot. 

What do I need to bring to prove I paid for my PTSO membership and locker?

PTSO and school staff will have lists of all paid memberships and locker payments made through 7/27/25.  If you purchase your locker after 7/27, we will have a separate table to look up and confirm your PTSO membership and locker payment. You will experience a faster check in process if you have paid for both items prior to 7/27/25. 

Do I need to pay for multiple memberships if I have multiple children at RMS?  

No, your membership is good for your entire family (living at the same address), and will be valid from 7/1/2025 – 6/30/2026.

I will be out of town and not able to attend the locker event - can I still get my locker early?

If you provide proof of registration/payment for your PTSO membership and locker payment, you may have a friend or neighbor select your locker for you.
